Scope

The City of Gaithersburg wanted to locate a large apartment building that connects to an existing parking garage along the C.S.X Railway. The City wanted to use the building as a focal point as you enter into the city’s downtown area. The site will also include a large corner park area that will utilize a large existing swale to develop a more sustainable way to treat its storm water management.
