Scope
Renovated plaza includes additional retail, enhanced dining, and public gathering areas. The plaza includes water fountains, fire pits, stage structure, and trellis with swings. The turf area converts to an ice rink in the winter, with integrated refrigerant lines in the concrete slab below. Phase II work includes new landscape and hardscape areas with placemaking in the main street and side streets.
