Scope

This project’s site, with the majority of the lots having golf course frontage, provides a woodland setting for the designed streetscape. The design scope included streetscape design character development, the community entry monument and lighting and fencing throughout the development. The design also included a marketing sales trailer court, model court, and comprehensive site plan.
