Scope

Located on two city blocks of Old Town Alexandria’s ‘urban core‘, Old Town Village features exterior courtyards, parks and a club house pool amenity area. The streetscape design features brick pedestrian walks, colonial streetlights and tree lined streets. Project involvement includes schematic site design through construction administration.
