Scope

Meridian at Braddock Station is a revitalization project of an existing apartment building. The property owners wished to add outdoor amenity spaces around the building that were private and secure, while maintaining functional circulation to and from the building. A series of vertical trellis structures strengthen the connection between the main entrances of the two buildings. To the east is a fenced dog park including a dog wash station. To the west is the entertainment area that can be accessed through a secure entrance from the building interior. Program elements include a large fire pit with lounge seating, and two dining patios with built-in grilling stations. Existing mature trees were preserved and new landscaping was incorporated.
