Scope

This mixed-income senior community includes a business center, chapel, beauty/barber shop and outdoor recreation features and courtyards. STUDIO39’s scope included walking trails, bocce ball court, 3 interior courtyards that include water features and glass mulch accents, and a front entry island with water fountain. Site also included coordination with a historic building on site.
