Scope

STUDIO39’s scope included design of streetscapes, interior motor court, outdoor amenity terrace, extensive green roofs, and entrance monumentation. The amenity patio will be equipped with a gas fireplace and built-in grill, complementing the extended stay interior amenities.  Included in the development are improvements to the nearby Lee Highway & North Quinn St. intersection and adjacent sidewalks, all aimed at improving walkability to the hotel.  LEED Gold certification is anticipated.
