Scope
This historic school building and surrounding lot are located on Independence Avenue, 2 blocks south of Lincoln Park in SE Washington DC. The 38 town homes are located along the perimeter of the lot, creating an interior courtyard / pedestrian park setting as well as enhancing the existing historic streetscape. Project involvement includes schematic site design through construction administration.
