Scope
The Washington Headquarters Services (formerly BRAC-133) project involves the creation of a 16-acre campus and facilities to house the Department of Defense’s Washington Headquarters Services along with other federal tenants in a 1,750,000 GSF office space. Part of the Base Realignment and Closure Recommendation No. 133, the project was completed in September, 2011. Goals for the project include the development of a campus like atmosphere for the installation. Landscape design includes streetscape, pedestrian and buffer areas.
