Scope

This unique mixed-use development is part of an effort to promote and establish the growing Arts District within the Hyattsville, Mount Rainier, and Brentwood neighborhoods. The Art Deco character of the original Lustine dealership showroom has been restored and converted into a community center/gym. The interior streets are interspersed with pockets parks and community greens. The east side of the property includes a large open play field, recreation pool, and bathhouse as well as a hiker/biker trail which creates an important link to the inter-county trail system. Winner of 15 local and national awards for its smartly planned urban design, unique architecture and onsite amenities.
