Scope

440 K street is a 14 story multifamily residential project located in the District of Columbia.  Outdoor amenity spaces for the residential units are located on the 2nd floor terrace and roof deck. The 2nd floor terrace, built over structure, includes landscaped areas, lounge seating and an outdoor fireplace. The roof deck amenities include dining seating with grills, a fire pit, a water wall fountain, and multilevel pool with a cascading waterfall.
