Watergate Hotel Renovation Complete

Today the Watergate Hotel reopens after an extensive, $125 million renovation. STUDIO39 worked on this renovation and our scope of work included two vehicular drop offs, a complex below-grade ballroom extension, restaurant terrace, and a rooftop amenity space. The design of the ballroom extension required a balance of engineering and design, largely solved with flowing topography and planted slopes.
