RPAI and Kettler Break Ground on New Apartment Community

 One Loudoun, an award-winning open air mixed-use community in the heart of Loudoun County, broke ground today on its first apartment community, Vyne. The new community will be a joint-venture between KETTLER, a real estate development company based in Northern Virginia, and a subsidiary of One Loudoun’s property owner, Retail Properties of America, Inc.
