First look at the planned redevelopment of Towson Circle – Baltimore Business Journal

The Baltimore Business Journal covered our current project, Avalon Towson this week. Another project to add to our AvalonBay Communities portfolio, this is an exciting one. The designed outdoor amenities at Avalon Towson include multiple courtyards on different level roofs of the building (2nd floor, 7th floor, and 14th floor). There will be a pool, multiple outdoor kitchens with grilling areas and outdoor dining spaces, a fireplace lounge, a dog park, and many outdoor seating and lounging opportunities. We are looking forward to the construction of this project to see this great living space begin to take shape!
