Scope

Grayson Hill involved the redesign of a previously approved site plan. The plan was updated using a more modern design approach with the intention of creating a ‘walkable’ community. The new design provides expanded open space for recreational activities, and creates connections to nearby retail areas, through a comprehensive trail system. The designers strove to keep as much existing vegetation intact as possible in order to maintain an older community feel.
